| | Access - 2007/02/24 01:02 I currently own and sail Robert Clark's Favona, but I'm considering going plastic. My first boat was a Folkboat and I still miss her. With its Folkboat lineage, I'm thinking about going to a Contessa 26, but I have one question. Is it hard to get down below? I know it's a little like asking how high is up, but It looks like a companionway for a young and flexible sailor. If I was still young and flexible I wouldn't be selling Favona. It's surprisingly easy to get in and out of the companion way, like you I thought the qualification for sailing a Contessa 26 was to be an ex limbo dancer, but I have no problem even with a dodgy back!

| | Re:Access - 2007/03/03 20:28 Thanks. I'm looking forward to actually getting on one. I have a lead on two to, at least, get on, if not purchase.
Thanks, Jeff The administrator has disabled public write access. | |
