I have several insurance quotes and the cheapest is Bishop Skinner. Their policy is also more flexible than GJW and others, who may have a better reputation but I don't like their restrictions on single-handed night sailing and sailing from November to March.

Does any other Co 26 owner have an opinion about these companies?

Hi Tony,

I have no knowledge of those particular companies, but I do know from experience that Pantaenius are ok with night sailing, racing, singlehanding etc at any time of the year. They have a 200nm offshore limit however. My 3rd party Europe-wide coverage was quite affordable too... Unfortunately I can't afford worldwide insurance, but for Europe it was excellent.
