J.J.Taylor Contessa 26 and European Certification - 2008/08/02 17:31
Hi,
I'm located in the U.S, in the North East Coast and I'm looking for a Contessa 26.
But, I'm wondering what is the process to follow in order to come back in Europe with the Contessa 26 : I mean, does a JJ. Taylor Contessa 26 is already certified upon the European Certification ? If not, what is the process to follow, because the JJ Taylor Contessa 26 is never build...
I assume that the J. Rogers Contessa 26 has been already certified from the CE recommandations. Moreover, both JJTaylor and JRogers Contessa 26 have been built upon the Lloyds specs., which are the best quality specs. to build a boat.
So, If someone has been already faced to such issues or such experience in importing a Contessa from US to Europe, please let me know.
Again, congratulations for both Web sites from the US (Contessa Corner) and English sides. There are lot of information about the boat, which are really helpful.
