Lifejacket warning - update
The out of date and unusable United Moulders Mk3 Standard Automatic Heads
Tests indicate that this component, which was fitted to Crewfit and Survivor lifejackets manufactured before 1997, is now at the end of its safe and usable life and should be replaced.
Crewsaver has announced that its lifejacket servicing department has detected a problem with United Moulders' Mk3 Standard Automatic Head that was fitted to Crewsaver Crewfit and Survivor inflatable lifejackets manufactured prior to 1997.
