Lifejacket warning - update

The out of date and unusable United Moulders Mk3 Standard Automatic Heads Tests indicate that this component, which was fitted to Crewfit and Survivor lifejackets manufactured before 1997, is now at the end of its safe and usable life and should be replaced. Crewsaver insists it's essential that the head replacement be undertaken by the company. 'On no account should you attempt to replace this yourself,' said Crewsaver.
