AGM DINNER 2008

CONTESSA 26 ASSOCIATION AGM AND ANNUAL DINNER The AGM and Annual Dinner is to take place at the Lymington Town Sailing Club (LTSC) on the evening of Saturday 13 September. It is hoped that those with boats based in the Solent and adjacent areas will come by sea; Places have been reserved on the Dan Bran Pontoon (very near the LTSC) for up to 15 boats. Those requiring accommodation please indicate on the form below and we will see what can be arranged; this could be on one of the local boats. The dinner, at £19.80 per head, will be at 7 for 7.30pm and will consist of: Melon and Parma Ham (less ham for vegetarians) Roast Beef and Yorkshire Pudding or Stuffed Peppers as vegetarian alternative Fruit Syllabub Coffee The AGM will take place after dinner in the bar on the ground floor and there will be a talk by the RNLI Safety Officer.  Remember also that the Southampton Boat Show will be on at this time..
